Q: How are services delivered?
A: Services are delivered remotely via email and shared digital tools such as Google Drive, Trello, Notion, or Dropbox. You'll receive a confirmation email after checkout and a delivery email once your service is completed.
Q: How long does it take to receive my service?
A: Turnaround times vary by service. Most are delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on the scope. Each service page clearly states the estimated delivery window.
Q: What do you need from me after I order?
A: After checkout, you’ll receive an onboarding email asking for the info I need - usually access to a Gmail or calendar account, a few notes about your current setup, and your preferred tools.
Q: Can I request revisions?
Yes - most services include 1 round of minor revisions if needed, as long as the request is within the original scope. Details are included in your delivery email.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
Because these are custom, digital services, we do not offer refunds once work has started. If you cancel within 24 hours and work hasn’t begun, you may be eligible for a full refund.
